You share your website address. We read your public site: your services, your team, your FAQs, your policies, your tone. Your assistant is configured from that content, so it answers like your practice writes, not like a generic bot. You get a working preview to try before you pay anything.

Usually days, not weeks. After you share your website we configure your assistant, send you a preview link to try, and when you are happy, one small script tag puts it live on your site.

No. Going live is pasting one script tag into your website, and if your site is managed by someone else we can send them exact instructions. There is nothing to host, update, or maintain on your side.

Safety comes first, on every plan, every time. If a visitor signals crisis, Engage stops everything else and surfaces crisis resources first: the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and emergency services. Crisis conversations are never blocked by a usage cap, and this behavior cannot be turned off.

Never. Engage does not diagnose, counsel, or give clinical advice. It answers practical questions, captures inquiries, and books consultations. When a conversation needs a clinician or a human, it says so and hands off.

Engage runs on infrastructure designed for HIPAA-regulated workloads: private databases, encrypted traffic, audited access, and AI inference under a Business Associate Agreement with our cloud provider. Website chat with prospective clients is marketing, not treatment, and the marketing site and the product keep those worlds strictly separate. There is a free trial to start. Paid plans are $149 per month for solo practices and $249 per month for group practices, with two months free on annual billing. There is no setup fee: we build your assistant for you on every plan.

The Group plan covers up to 10 clinicians and 3 locations, with inquiries routed to the right people. Larger practices and networks can talk to us about Enterprise.

Engage answers from your own content, and you can review conversations in your dashboard to see exactly what visitors ask and how it responds. If something on your site is out of date, you update it once and your assistant follows. When it does not know an answer, it says so and offers to have your team follow up rather than guessing.
