How this marketing site handles your information.
What we collect here
This site (engage.moonraker.ai marketing pages) collects the information you submit through our forms: your name, email address, practice website, and anything you write in the notes field. We use it to build your assistant preview and to contact you about Engage. We do not sell it, and we do not share it outside Moonraker and the service providers who deliver our email and hosting.
Analytics and advertising cookies
The marketing pages use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand which pages and campaigns work. These set cookies in your browser. The Engage application itself (everything behind sign-in) does not load analytics or advertising tags of any kind.
Client data in the Engage product
Data handled inside the Engage product for our practice customers is governed by our service agreements with those practices, including Business Associate Agreements where applicable, and is held on infrastructure designed for HIPAA-regulated workloads. It is entirely separate from this marketing site.
